Type Wedding Invitations into your web browser and a million companies pop up.
How do you decide where to start looking?
First decide what is most important to you about your invitation suite. There are many factors that go into choosing a designer or printer to work with.
Decide first what drives you with your invites, are you excited about planning co-ordinated sets, would you like to just pick a proven design, or is affordability your main concern?
Here are some questions to think about and ask when you are looking into hiring a designer or printing company:
Will they work with your vision doing custom work or will you choose a design from a book and plug your information into the template?
Will you be able to see print tests before full production to ensure colour and wording accuracy?
Do they offer onsite printing or do they outsource to another company? (extra fees)
Are there different options in pricing to make your stationary affordable?
Do you wish to order online or have a sit down consultation with a designer where you can see and feel the quality of their work?
Can your printer/designer meet the deadline you wish to have your invitations by?
Are there price saving options and what are they?
And of course do they have a wide range of card-stocks, papers, enclosures, colours and patterns to choose from?
Many things to think about while you research who to work with. If you keep these things in mind when going about finding a designer or printer to make your invitations, the lines of communication will be wide open ensuring you get the Invitation set of your dreams.
